I did not expect to making this post yet but here goes nothing 🤣 I am looking to buy (or rent ) a small ish plot of land in / around the south hams 😬 I know how difficult this can be in this beautiful part of the world (and I am looking on all the traditional channels) but thought I’d just put it out there .

I am looking for something between 0.5 and 1.5 acres but would take on something bigger if the price was right , ideally I would like something I can build on in the future (with the right permissions of course ) but this isn’t essential at present .

I have a budget in mind and funds available and ready to go , if any one has anything or knows of anyone that does please drop me a message 🙏🏻
