Having fun with the hosepipe can be very entertaining, but please be mindful that when not in use, the residual water inside the hosepipe can reach scorching temperatures, which can result in burns & injury. So before use, always run the water first and test the temperature on yourself before showering your dog with water.

The Root Chakra (also known as the Base Chakra) serves as the foundation of an animal’s entire energy system that connects and grounds them to the physical world. Located at the base of the spine near the tailbone, the Root Chakra is associated with their survival instincts and basic needs, such as food, shelter, and safety. It is tied to their instincts of self-preservation, their ability to adapt to their environment, and their sense of territory and belonging.

When an animal has an imbalanced Root Chakra, they may show signs of fear, such as trembling, hiding, or being overly cautious in new environments. This can heighten their anxiety which effects their ability to hold appropriate boundaries, leading them to form unhealthy attachments to their owners. This feeling of insecurity will influence their behaviours causing them to exhibit aggressive behaviour towards other animals or people that come too close to their territory or pack. Unable to relax, they are on high alert, pacing, following, or exhibiting compulsive behaviours such as excessive barking or licking. If not addressed this imbalance can manifest into physical ailments such as arthritis, hip dysplasia, skin irritations, hair loss and constant infections due to a weakened immune system.

An animal with a balanced Root Chakra tends to feel safe, calm, and connected to their environment, with an overall sense of well-being, both emotionally & physically, exuding confident, yet balanced behaviour.

Yes, this actually happens. Dogs will often mirror back to us our emotions, behaviours, and our aliments.

Understanding the 'why' behind your dogs behaviour is key to changing their behaviour - https://www.houndsnharmony.co.uk/canine-behaviour

When a man noticed his dog limping, he was deeply concerned and rushed his furry companion to the vet, shelling out $400 in the process. But after a full examination, the vet found absolutely nothing wrong. The dog was perfectly healthy.

It turned out the pup was limping simply to imitate its injured owner, who had recently broken his leg. The moment was both hilarious and heartwarming, reminding us how deeply animals can bond with their humans, even copying their pain just to show solidarity.
