A huge win for pet-loving renters in Scotland! 🏠

We welcome the recent passing of the Housing (Scotland) Bill, which includes important provisions that allow tenants to request to keep pets without being unreasonably refused by landlords.

This legislation marks a significant step forward in recognising the benefits of pet ownership for tenants across Scotland, promoting responsible pet ownership while safeguarding tenants’ rights.
