We love it when our customers have a doze during our grooms....can only mean one thing! They're enjoying and relaxed!!

Our grooms are always done with the dogs welfare as a top priority. If they find it stressful, we will spread grooms over a couple of days instead of cramming into one day session. Sometimes they just need a bit more time to understand whats happening and time to process. Sometimes older or disabled dogs just need it in a few stages to help the stress on their bodies.

We schedule regular breaks and loo stops and its why we may not be the quickest of groomers, but we're certainly compassionate and empathetic to your dogs needs during their time with us.

This particular poodle cross is very anxious and nervous being a rescue from overseas. He needs certain handling and a certain environment to handle his groom. We cater for this by making sure no interruptions, no males nearby, always having sight and nearby other dogs and having time to process his entrance.

I would be confident to say on judgement alone of the pictures that it works!! 🤣

Happy chappy Snoopy had his full groom in part two yesterday to neaten up his face and legs. He was a very good boy and improves every time he comes. 😊😊

Very rewarding to see how we can improve a dogs anxiety in grooming. ❤️
