📢 CUSTOMER NOTICE – DROP-OFF & COLLECTION TIMES 🐾

We kindly ask all customers to respect their agreed drop-off and collection times.

We completely understand that sometimes traffic, work or unexpected situations can cause a small delay. However, arriving an hour or more later than your agreed time without letting us know can have a big impact on our day.

We arrange our schedule around every booking. We make sure we’re here and ready for you at the agreed time, and we simply ask for the same respect in return.

Most of us wouldn’t arrive an hour and a half late for a hair appointment, dentist appointment, MOT, restaurant booking or work meeting and expect the appointment to still be waiting for us. Our booked kennel drop-off and collection times should be treated in the same way.

🐶 We may have other customers arriving
🐶 Dogs may be due out for exercise
🐶 Kennels may need cleaned and prepared
🐶 We also have commitments outside of the kennels

If you are going to be late, please send us a message as soon as possible so we can work around it where possible.

We always do our best to be flexible and accommodate everyone, and we really appreciate the vast majority of our customers who arrive when agreed.

Please respect our time as much as we respect yours. ❤️🐾

We have the pleasure of welcoming back Luna this week at Dog BNB.

Luna holds a special spot in our guest list as the first ever dog through the door💛.

In September 2024 we began Dog BNB, with no bookings or future knowledge how the business would progress.

Luna was our only booking in Sept 2024…

Fast forward 2 years and we are honoured to be at nearly full capacity for the summer months🙌.

We are constantly trying to improve our facilities and service at Dog BNB and would like to say thank you to all our repeat and new customers throughout those 2 years.
