Blue Bell Rural Activities We offer meaningful, practical, work based experiences in an enjoyable rural setting for adults with learning disabilities.

We are set in 6 acres in the East of Lancashire bordering with West Yorkshire. Our location provides stunning views across to Pendle Hill in the west and Boulsworth to the south. Our activities focus on providing hands on supervised sessions around Blue Bell. Working with the animals and poultry creates a learning environment through animal and stable management while learning what animals eat and

their individual needs. The improvement in communication skills while making new friends is linked together with learning and agricultural skills.

Blue Bell days.....Woody and his best mate....practice practice and pactice again..this young horsewoman has worked so hard, with her friend Woody....often failing which isn't failing, its when the real learning begins...then the magic begins!!!
It's a privilege to work with such honesty and purity of spirit in both horses and humans....I learn from all our wonderful Blue Bell Workers and animals every day, whatever happens pick yourself up dust yourself down and crack on....cause we've got this...working, learning, and having fun together!!❤️❤️

Happy Bank Holiday Weekend!! Thou its nearly over🙄
We've had our new recruit for awhile aka Dylan Digby Derek yes he's had a few...our own little Dog De Blue Bell....(big thankyou to Pendle dogs Rescue for this beautiful soul)
