Terms and conditions -
This is displayed in every kennel block for our customers to view.
• Drop off and collection times are flexible to our open hours, however it is the owner’s responsibility to inform us at least 3 working days beforehand to arrange timings. If contact is not made within this time scale, drop off or collection may be restricted to a morning or evening slot.
• Please let us know as soon as possible if you are running late. We are not a commercial kennel
and operate by arrangement, so we may be waiting with your dog for collection or arrival.
• All dogs/cats will be charged the full booked period, irrespective of drop off/pick up date. Any
surplus days outside the booked period will be charged at DOUBLE the daily fee.
• Cancellations or changes made within 2 weeks of the arranged arrival date will be liable to
pay the total booked period in full.
• If you are bringing your dog’s food, please ensure it is in a sealed container with clearly labelled portions. Any medication must also be clearly labelled with instructions.
• All dogs staying with us must be well socialised and friendly with other dogs and people. Owners must disclose any behavioural issues. We cannot accept liability for incidents caused by undisclosed behaviour.
• Only SIZE appropriate dogs/cats may share a kennel (at management’s discretion). Full written consent must be provided at drop off for any animals sharing.
• Only dogs/cats from the same HOME may share a kennel.
• All dogs must be fully vaccinated and up to date. Flea and worm treatments must also be up to date.
•Proof of vaccination must be shown on drop off and will be required during their stay.
• In the event of illness or injury, we reserve the right to seek veterinary treatment.
•All dogs are fully insured while staying with us. However, please note that any pre-existing conditions or health issues not caused during their stay at our kennels will need to be covered at the owner’s expense.
• Personal belongings (beds, toys, leads, etc.) are left at the owner’s risk. We cannot be held
responsible for loss or damage.
• Animals not collected within a reasonable period and without contact may be considered abandoned.
• For returning dogs, please ensure your original booking form is correct and inform us of any
changes.
• We may take photographs of pets during their stay for use on our social media. Please let us know if you would prefer your pet not to be featured.
