Saturday dogs .

Struggling to fit everyone in within the scheduled times & going longer between grooms isn’t an option or fair on the dog going over it’s time .
So if anyone can manage a time outwith this then let me know , otherwise it’ll be a case of picking out a hat & letting go .

Last post regarding deposits & full payments . 🙈

* So first things first . Deposits are now a thing due to no shows / late cancellations I can’t fill .

* Your deposit / payment in advance is stored away with your details .

* IF you no show or cancel outwith the 48hours then your deposit is now mine .
This will contribute to half the payment I have lost .

* If you want to cancel an appointment, or god forbid your dog dies , I have no problem returning your deposit / full payment .
I have not spent your money , it’s in a safe place .

* If you trust me with your dog , I would like to think you’d trust me with your money.
Considering we all pay for goods in advance when online shopping without receiving them & then if anything goes wrong you have to wait for a refund .

* If I am unwell or have to reschedule/ cancel due to whatever reason , I am still able to use my hands to return a deposit .
Worst case scenario , if I pop my clogs my partner knows where the money is & trust me he won’t spend it either , spending money isn’t his thing . ( unless it’s summer ) plants 🤦‍♀️😂

* I can’t think of any other scenarios , but due to the 4 million messages I’m hoping this is the end of it 😬

* Also , if the new terms isn’t to your liking , please shop around, there are more than enough groomers popping up all over the place , I won’t be offended.
In an ideal world everyone would just turn up & pay cash on the day , no deposit, no transfer no chasing payments , just old school me providing a service & being paid .
