Socially distant, contactless collection and door to door delivery in a sound-proofed vehicle, without sharing with any other pets from other households.

Pet safe disinfectant, fresh bedding and carriers can be provided.

Tier 4 Update from Fetcher. The travel bans do not impact us and we are still able to assist you collect your adult pets, kittens and puppies home from your breeders or rescue centres!

The Tier 4 news and the reality of another potential national lockdown is causing a lot of stress for all of us. We're receiving a lot of enquiries from pet owners who have suddenly had their plans scrapped as it is now "illegal" to travel to collect pets. We are still here to help you, even if you are in a Tier 4 restricted zone.

Our deliveries will now be contact-less and we cannot come inside your property. We kindly ask you keep the two-metre rule and wear a mask around us.

We are almost fully booked for the rest of December and have limited availability, but we will try our best to help you if we can or refer you to another pet courier who may be able to help you. Please book now to avoid disappointment for December and January, as it is likely a full lockdown is on the way.
