☀️🐾 The sun was out, the temperatures were high, but our Wednesday to Friday gang at Pawsitive Life still had the best time! From playtime with friends to cooling off and relaxing, the pups were all smiles 🐶💛.

One of the great things about doggy daycare is that, even on the hottest days, your dogs can stay safe, socialise, and spend the day with their buddies.

We’re also so grateful for all of your support 🙏. Even during the quieter summer holiday season, we were completely full on two days this week and busy on the others — and that means the world to us!

Here’s to more wagging tails, happy barks, and sunny adventures with our daycare family!

Happy start to the week from all of us (two- and four-legged) at Pawsitive Life! 🐶✨

The weather forecast says it’s going to be a hot one all week ☀️ — but don’t worry, we’ve got it covered! The air-con is keeping everyone cool indoors, early morning walks mean the pups get their fresh-air fix before the heat kicks in, and the paddling pool is out for splashy fun all day long. 💦🐕

The dogs are absolutely loving it — plenty of wagging tails, zoomies, and sun-safe playtime. It’s all pawsitive vibes here! 🐾💛

At Pawsitive Life Dog Daycare and Training Hub, we’re all about fun, science-based training that builds real-life skills and deepens the bond between you and your dog. Check out what’s coming up.

All our classes are limited to 4 dogs, this ensures that each pup and handler has plenty of 1:1 time with the instructor.

✨ Puppy Classes
We use reward-based methods to help your pup grow into a confident dog. In puppy class we go through the foundations of training and build on this week after week to ensure a successful and consistent result.

📣 A little late, but here’s our update for last week at Pawsitive Life Dog Daycare and Training Hub! 🐾
I’ve not been the best at keeping up with social media this week (oops!) — but hoping to change that very soon! 😅

As always, our daycare dogs had an amazing time – full of fun, play, snuggles, and happy tails. 💛
We also welcomed our very first boarding dog, little Biscuit, who slotted in perfectly and had the absolute best time with us! 🐶

And to top it off, we had a puppy graduation on Tuesday – always a proud moment! 🎓🐾

🐾 Is Dog Daycare Right for YOUR Dog? 🐾

At Pawsitive Life Dog Daycare and Training Hub, we get this question a lot and the answer isn’t a simple yes or no.

There’s a lot of content out there saying doggy Daycare is “bad” for dogs and in some cases, we understand why. If a Daycare is just a chaotic free-for-all, with no structure, no rest time, and no calm environment... then no, it’s probably not going to benefit your dog.

But that’s not how we do things here.

At PL, structure is everything. Our Daycare runs on a calm, consistent routine that includes structured rest times and quiet areas for dogs to recharge, as well as designated play times and safe play spaces where they can play, explore, and have fun in a healthy way. This balance helps ensure dogs go home tired, but not exhausted because exhaustion can be a sign of stress, not joy.

To help new pups get the best start, we run intro sessions on weekends when the hub is quieter so dogs can ease into the space without the overwhelm of a busy group. It’s a gentle, positive first step that helps set them up for success in regular Daycare.

And the feedback? It speaks for itself. Many of our clients tell us that after a few weeks at PL, their dogs are noticeably calmer and more social on walks and around other dogs. That tells us we’re not just running a Daycare we’re making a positive impact.
