If people can't make there appointment can you please let me know .i have been sat waiting on a Saturday morning for a customer after messaging he said he had to go in to work sorry no message or phone call to tell me however he is getting paid from his job and I am not ! I am a small business and this impacts me a lot I try my best to accommodate people please can people do the same .
