When our cat Poppy went missing we were surprised to have only a few places to turn to.

We were also surprised how many cats were missing around the same time. Initially this page was set up for other reasons but it soon became a page where people would go to when they lost or found a pet in the Chelmsford area. Any advertising is good advertising when looking for your much loved pet. If you have found or are missing a cat please provide as much info as possible and ideally a picture

a young age !!
we can stop this and help the crisis in the rescues for the future …
you know when you go on holiday and see all those feral colonies well we shouldn’t be like that but it’s getting more and more like it because of your unneutered cats !!
come on guys get educated and educate others spread the word now it’s never too late

this is a post i have had to deliberate over its not nice to know but people need to be aware of an incident that i attended early hours last friday 8th april .
i was contacted regarding a deceased cat in an alleyway off beehive lane , as i am a scanning angel i went to collect the kitty to scan for a chip and take to the vets ,
when i found the cat i immediately realised the cats mutilation was that by a human and not animal related or an accident on the road i was heartbroken being the animal lover that i am this was not nice to see 😢🐾🌈
I immediately contacted my vets for support and advice ( now confirmed as mutilation inflicted by a sharp instrument )
we had to find the owners before stating any facts of the death of this poor cat .
the police have been contacted and the investigators for the uk cat killer to see if this is related to this person or not .
we all in chelmsford now need to be extra vigilant please be careful with your furbabies and if you have cctv for the beehive lane area ( alley near the bus stop of loftin way ) for the timeline between 6pm thursday 7th -
6am friday 8th please can you check cctv or think back to any strange noises or activity for this date .

sorry for the long post but really important we catch this evil monster i don’t want to be attending another cat killed by a human 😢💔😢💔
