SNOW’S SUMMER MAKEOVER ☀️🐾

Beautiful Snow the Samoyed came in today for her deep de-shed session her first groom since recovering from surgery a few months ago. Now she’s fully healed, she was more than ready for some well deserved TLC and a proper pamper! 🛁✨Her thick double coat got a thorough de-shed to help remove all that trapped undercoat, making her feel lighter, fresher, and tangle-free. She went home matt free, looking fluffy, fabulous, and ready to enjoy the sunshine 🌞❄️Well done Snow — you were such a good girl! 💖

🚨 A Quick Note About No-Shows 🚨

As a small business, no-shows have a big impact on me and my grooming business. When clients miss their appointments without giving any notice , it doesn’t just affect my schedule it also affects my availability and planning.

💔 The reality of this:
• I plan my day around each appointment, and no-shows mean I’m left waiting, without being able to serve other clients who may need an appointment.

• I also arrange for childcare and make personal sacrifices to ensure I can be here for your pup’s grooming session. When someone doesn’t show up, that time is lost.

Please remember, if you need to cancel or reschedule, give me as much notice as possible so I can adjust my schedule and offer that spot to another client, I am very understanding and would much rather have very little notice than none at all. ❤️

I appreciate your understanding and support with this. Let’s work together to make sure your pup’s look and feel their best while respecting everyone’s time🙂

Did you know it is equally as important to brush your short haired dogs as it is your fluffy dogs 💭
