Message to all my customers for Saturday 11th

Just a reminder that the temperature is still predicted to be 28c. If your home does not have a room with air conditioning to use then unfortunately your appointment must be postponed for your dogs health and wellbeing.

If you would like to reschedule please send me a message. I do have 1 appointment for Saturday morning available to the first person to request. It at 9am.

I apologise for the inconvenience but the safety of the animals is the most important 🐾

🔥 HEATWAVE CANCELLATION NOTICE🔥
For the safety of all my clients all appointments will be cancelled above 25c, UNLESS you have an aircon unit. (I know it’s more common now in the UK)

When it’s 25c+ outside it’s around 30c+ inside. Even we humans struggle in this heat so a dog having a full groom is just unacceptable without a properly cooled room to a safe temperature.

Most of my clients are elderly dogs, the eldest being 16 years old. The stress of a groom is already a lot for them without this heatwave.
It puts them at an extremely high risk which I would never be willing to make a dog endure. I’d rather wait for a suitable time than potentially loose a family member.
