New Puppy Paws 🐾 Course

Start date;

Monday 2nd June for three consecutive weeks (inc 9th June & 16th June), then two weeks off as I'm away and then the following three weeks will start on Monday, 7th July (inc 14th July & 21st July).

7pm, Millhead Village Hall.

The course is £60 for all six sessions.

We have some amazing prizes on offer today at Leighton's Dog Day. We are so grateful to all the local businesses who have donated. We have been given vouchers, doggy good bags, dog grooms, an MOT, fish & chip supper for 2 and lots more.

Best in show will receive a doggy hamper from Wright Paw, a goody bag from Leighton Hall, £50 cash, donated by Alan M Fawcett Funeral Directors, a trophy 🏆 and a rossett.

Best Puppy in Show will receive a doggy hamper from Wright Paw, £25 cash, donated by Specialist Clean & Care North west LTD, a trophy 🏆 and a rossett.

Best Veteran in Show will receive a doggy hamper from Wright Paw, £25 cash, donated by Specialist Clean & Care North west LTD, a trophy 🏆 and a rossett.

There will be rosettes & trophies 🏆 available along with a couple of gun dog scurries, have a go hoppers, have a go Mantrailing, fun dog show, fun doggy sports day classes and agility demonstrations.

Come down, pay on the day, it's £3 per person. It starts at 10am to 4pm. Classes & scurries are £2 per class but you can purchase 3 entries for £5 in the dog show ring.

This class is for all large dogs that are above the height of the knee (this can be determined at booking in if you are unsure). The dogs can be any age, gender or breed as long as they are small.

Doggy Sports Day Class

Temptation Allley is a class where you dog must ignore all the temptations in the ring and recall to the owner as fast as possible. There will be toys, balls, food in bowls and other treats that your dog must bypass to be on with a chance of winning.

This class will run between 10am and 11am only.

Rosettes from first to third on all the Doggy Sports Day Classes. Only one dog off lead at all times. These are very active and very fun classes for the dog and the owners.

This fantastic good bag has been kindly donated by Burch Tree Vets for first prize. We are very grateful to the Birch Tree team.
