Tuesday’s walk with Biscuit was another sniff-tastic adventure. 🐾🤎

We kept things nice and relaxed with plenty of sniff work, but it also turned into a major stick hunting day. 😂 As always, Biscuit was on a mission to find the biggest stick possible and proudly parade it around like he’d won the lottery. 🌿🐶

Later in the day, we had a drop-in visit, and there was some very exciting news… Mr Squirrel made his big return! 🐿️👀 Safe to say Biscuit was very interested in keeping tabs on his old friend.

While the forecast wasn’t quite as hot as expected, it definitely felt warm, so I made sure to bring plenty of water along. Regular water breaks are so important in warmer weather… although Biscuit would probably disagree. 😂 He’s never too impressed when I interrupt the fun to say, “Time for a drink!”

Monday’s walk with Biscuit was a fairly chilled one. 🐾🤎

Instead of our usual ball throwing, we kept things on lead and focused on plenty of sniff work. Biscuit absolutely loves using his nose to explore the world around him, and it’s a great way to keep his clever mind busy while still enjoying a relaxed walk. 🌿✨

Of course, no Biscuit walk would be complete without a stick hunt. 😂 He always manages to find the biggest stick possible and then proudly attempts to carry it all the way home, regardless of whether it’s twice his size or not. Safe to say he takes his stick collecting very seriously!

Simba vs The Weather: Bestie Time First ☕🐾

Simba’s Saturday walk was back to business as usual 😂

It turns out the secret to a successful walk is me coming in for a coffee before we head out. Apparently, that’s the routine Simba has decided is acceptable and who am I to argue? 🤣

As someone who works in this profession, moments like this make me so happy. It shows that Simba sees me as more than just his dog walker. We’ve built such a lovely bond that he now expects a little catch-up and relaxing time together before we head off on our adventures 🖤

Safe to say I’m not just the treat provider anymore — I’m officially one of Simba’s besties 😂🐾

While Biscuit’s owners were out on Saturday, it meant Biscuit and I had a full day of adventures together. 🐾🤎

Naturally, that included a stop at Starbucks for his usual treat — a very important part of the day according to Biscuit. ☕😂 From there, it was lots of ball games, plenty of belly rubs, and making the most of our time together. 🎾🥰

And after all that excitement, there was only one thing left on the agenda… nap time. 😴✨ A perfect day for this happy boy, filled with all his favourite things.

Simba vs The Weather: The Real Problem ☀️🐾

Safe to say Simba really wasn’t feeling his walk on Friday 😂

At first, we thought maybe he just wasn’t in the mood for a walk, but after a bit of detective work from myself and his owner, we’ve realised it’s not because he dislikes walking or anything serious…

It’s because I don’t come in for a coffee before or after picking him up and dropping him off anymore 🤣🖤

Turns out, Simba had become quite fond of our little routine and was making it very clear that he thought we should be spending more time hanging out at home instead of actually going for a walk 😂

Thankfully, once he accepted that coffee wasn’t on the agenda, we still had a lovely walk together. Although I think he’s still holding out hope that the old routine might make a comeback one day ☕🐾

Marley was on a solo walk on Friday as Minnie had some very important business to attend to 🤭🐾

I do love when Marley and I get some one-to-one time together. He absolutely loves having all the attention to himself and, of course, enjoying a few cheeky treats along the way 😂🤎

We had a lovely walk together with plenty of sniffing, exploring, and quality time. Safe to say Marley made the most of having me all to himself! 🐶✨

Alfie’s house sit on the 11th was a rainy one, and if there’s one thing Alfie isn’t a fan of… it’s the rain. ☔🐾😔

Luckily, we managed to sneak in a park visit between the showers so he could enjoy some ball time and keep an eye on a few squirrels that made an appearance. 🐿️🎾

The rest of the day was spent exactly how Alfie likes it when the weather turns gloomy — stretched out on the sofa, staying cosy and making sure I knew that belly rubs were mandatory at all times. 🥰🤎 He might act tough, but deep down he’s just a big softie who loves a cuddle and a comfy spot to nap.

Alfie’s day sit on the 8th was packed full of all his favourite things. 🐾🤎
We had plenty of squirrel watch duty, lots of ball time, a few well-earned naps, and of course lots of cuddles throughout the day. 🐿️🎾💤

I absolutely love my time with Alfie. He might look big, strong, and a little intimidating to some, but underneath it all he’s the biggest goofball you’ll ever meet. 😂 He never fails to make me smile, and spending the day with him is always a pleasure. 🥰✨

Lola’s second house sit with me is complete 🐾🤍

Safe to say this girl absolutely smashed it! 🥰

We started the stay in the middle of a heatwave, which meant we were mostly house and garden bound for a few days. Luckily, that didn’t dampen Lola’s spirits one bit! Whether it was sunbathing, sniffing around the garden, or enjoying plenty of cuddles, she was happy as ever ☀️💛

As the weather cooled down, we were finally able to get back out to the fields and parks for some adventures. Lola loved being back exploring, and of course getting back to the very important job she takes extremely seriously… squirrel watch 👀🐿️😂

It’s been such a pleasure getting to know Lola beyond our regular walks, and seeing how settled and confident she is during her house sits. She’s truly the happiest girl and always manages to put a smile on my face 🤍🐶

If there was an award for the chattiest cat, Thanos would definitely be a strong contender! 😆

This handsome boy spent every visit following me around, chatting away and making sure I knew exactly what was on his mind. Whether it was breakfast time, dinner time, or simply time for some company, Thanos was always there to supervise.

He’s also a fantastic little helper when it comes to preparing food for himself and Leo – although I’m not entirely sure whether he was helping or just making sure everything was up to his standards! 😂

It’s always a pleasure spending time with this affectionate, talkative boy 💛
