🐱🧡 Meet Tilly! 🧡🐱

Finally introducing this gorgeous girl to the FetchwithKate family! 🥹

I had the absolute pleasure of looking after Tilly for around two weeks of drop-ins, and one of my favourite parts was watching more and more of her little personality come out with every visit.

Tilly is very much a girl who loves her personal space 😂 but when she decides it’s time for some attention, she’ll happily wander over for a stroke — or simply come and sit beside me in the garden while we watch the world go by together. 🥹🌿

Getting to know each pet at their own pace is one of the things I love most about what I do, and Tilly was such a pleasure to care for. 🧡

Simba vs The Weather: One Last Drop-In ☀️🐾

Our last session before my holiday on 13th August landed right in the middle of peak heatwave, so Simba’s walk was swapped for another safe drop-in 🧡

Of course, that meant all our usual favourites — playtime, plenty of cuddles and some classic Simba zoomies around the house 😂 Safe to say he was more than happy with the change of plans!

As much as we both love our drop-in sessions, I’m SO happy to be back and even happier that the weather has finally calmed down… because I’ve really missed my Simba walks!!! 🥹🐾🧡

Catching up on some posts I didn’t get around to sharing before my holiday… starting with these two! 🥹🩷

Thursday 13th was my final drop-in with Stanley & Tessa before heading off on annual leave, so obviously we had to finish on a good one! 🥰

Plenty of garden & ball time for Mr Stanley 🎾😂 and lots of cuddles and company for sweet Tessa. 🩷 I’d only been looking after these two for a short while before going away, but they’d already become such a lovely part of my weekly routine.

Can’t wait to be reunited with this gorgeous pair! 🐾🥳

I’ve been looking after this little chatterbox again since last Saturday and safe to say… Casper has had LOTS to say about it 😂🥹

The confidence he’s gained since I first started looking after him is so lovely to see. He’s always curious about what I’m up to, comes over to investigate and apparently now feels the need to keep me entertained with a full running commentary while I’m there 😂🐦

Midweek with this gorgeous duo and everyone knows their role by now 😂🩷

Stanley takes charge of the entertainment department 🎾 — ball found, garden secured and Kate successfully kept busy 😂 Meanwhile, Tessa handles the important job of making sure there’s absolutely no shortage of cuddles during our visit. 🥹

I swear these two have the perfect system worked out between them! 😂🐾

A new week means another round of Stanley & Tessa chaos… and I wouldn’t have it any other way 😂🩷

Stanley was straight back into serious ball mode as always 🎾 while Tessa was more than happy to supervise proceedings from nearby and make sure I still had time for plenty of cuddles.

I love how different these two are, but somehow their little routine works perfectly every single time. 🥹🐾

🐾 Tuesday’s early adventure with Biscuit

Last Tuesday was an early start for us thanks to this heatwave really pushing the limits! 🥵☀️ But when it comes to keeping my furry clients safe, we work around the weather — even if Biscuit was probably wondering why I’d turned up at that time of the morning. 😂🤎

We headed over to one of his favourite parks while it was still cool enough to enjoy ourselves, and the early wake-up was definitely made worthwhile when Biscuit got to meet up with some of his furry friends along the way! 🥹🐶

And obviously… the famous ball came too. 🎾😂 Because apparently no trip to the park is complete without it!

Early start, furry friends, his favourite park AND his ball… I’d say Mr Biscuit was pretty happy with that deal. 🤎🐾

🐾 Yoshi’s second house sit with FetchwithKate! 🤎

And once again… this little man absolutely smashed it! 🥹👏🏼

Just like our first house sit, everything was done completely at Yoshi’s pace. There’s never any pressure I’m more than happy to give him all the time and space he needs to feel comfortable and decide when he’s ready for some company. 🤎

But the BIG moment of the day came at dinner time… 🥹🍗

I genuinely didn’t think Yoshi was going to eat while his family were out, but apparently Mr Yoshi had other ideas — as long as his chicken was being hand-fed by me! 😂🥹 He happily stood there eating piece after piece straight from my hand and I honestly couldn’t have been prouder of him.

It might seem like such a small thing, but for Yoshi this was HUGE. 🥳 Watching his confidence and trust grow between just our first and second house sit is exactly why I love what I do.

So, so proud of you Yoshi boy! 🥹🤎🐾

Simba vs The Weather: Kitchen Floor Photoshoot 📸🐾

Last Saturday’s session was a drop-in with a little garden time mixed in, and apparently we were having far too much fun because I completely forgot to get any photos of Simba outside 😂

Luckily, Mr Simba was more than happy to make up for it with his very own little photography session on the kitchen floor instead… obviously accompanied by plenty of cuddles in between shots 🥹🧡

Who needs an outdoor backdrop when you’ve got Simba serving poses from the kitchen floor anyway? 😂

Another hot one meant another little change of plans for Mr Biscuit! 🥵☀️

With the heat still hanging around, Friday’s usual walk was swapped for another drop-in at home because keeping my furry clients safe and comfortable will always come before getting those steps in. 🤎

Luckily, Biscuit has absolutely mastered the art of indoor entertainment. 😂 Plenty of playtime, toy inspections, cuddles and general Biscuit nonsense kept us busy without having to venture out into the heat.

I have a feeling he’s starting to realise that these hot-weather drop-ins aren’t such a bad deal after all… 😂🐶🤎
