Two husky’s who have been coming to us regularly since we first opened.
The deshed treatment we do helps to reduce malting between grooms.
They both get a bath with a conditioning shampoo to help loosen the coat.
We use a special mitten to agitate the coat and encourage all the dead coat out.
They are then dried with a high velocity blaster to blow out the hair.
We use various combs and brushes to make sure we’ve got every last bit of hair out.
They then leave feeling much more comfortable and vitally enabling their double coats to work as they should to keep them cool in the summer by trapping a layer of cool air next to their skin.

We are experienced, dedicated, insured and qualified.

We are based 10 minutes outside of Sudbury & 15 minutes outside of Bury St Edmunds in Alpheton right on the Bury Road - Just search Carlton Canine Grooming on Google Maps.

We have free parking and you are welcome to wait in the car for your dogs appointment and watch the chickens and goats or use our Wi-Fi and get some work done.

Long Melford is just 8 minutes away and you can go and explore the independent shops and cafes whilst you wait.

We will text you half an hour before your dog is ready to collect giving you the freedom to go off and do some shopping if needed.

We are true dog people - we understand dog behaviour and psychology and are able to make it a comfortable experience for your dog even if they are anxious.
