Good morning on this wet and windy day!! π§οΈ π
Just a quick notice to all of my customers, I am at a point with my business now where I am having to turn away new customers (area depending) as I cannot physically keep up with demand being a one woman band! Which is amazing for my business π
A reminder for those who do not book in advance, there arenβt many of you as most are on schedules between 6-12 weeks, however even if I only groom your dog once every 6 months, please pre book your next appointment so you know you have an appointment slot! For those who do not wish to pre book this far in advance, this is no problem but I cannot then guarantee you an appointment when you want one.
Also, CANCELLATIONS- I currently do not take deposits or have a cancellation fee, as I can usually fill the space if I have enough notice, and my regular customers will always rebook, which is fine if I have the space, but please bare in mind when you are booking an appointment that you can make that appointment, as again I cannot guarantee I will have another appointment available for your dog to swap to. If you do need to cancel, I understand sometimes things canβt be helped and we all have things come up from time to time, but please keep in mind that I do have customers on a waiting list, so consistent cancellations will result in you being taken off my books so I can give the slots to someone else.
I pride myself on giving the best of service to you and your fur baby, and ensuring the smooth running of my business, cancellations can also impact on my other customers where I then have to move other appointments around so the areas Iβm working in line up.
I hope you all understand, I love my job and making sure your dog is happy and as comfortable as possible is at the top of my priorities π
