Tracking for human scent articles with Monty & Brynty 🐾👏The dog has to follow the trail of human scent to find the article. A dog’s nose can detect scents at concentrations as low as one part per trillion. Scent work encourages focus and problem solving, which helps anxious dogs relax. Shy or insecure dogs gain confidence when they “find” something successfully, since it gives them a sense of accomplishment. When you’re working as a team with your dog it gives you a much better line of communication 🐾🫶🏼

Halcyon sign makers came this morning to replace our worn out graphics so it was only fitting that Styx, Joe’s lab, was the first dog over the scaler when they were in position 👏🐾💙

Parking for todays Social walk is at the training ground, payment is due for anyone booked in already please ☺️ 🐾

The next Social Walk is at 1pm on Sunday 10th August 2025 🐾🧁
These events gets booked up very quickly so payment is required at the time of booking!

This kind of structured socialisation is vital for helping reactive dogs & owners become more confident, well-adjusted, and better equipped to handle various social situations, which minimises overwhelming experiences that can trigger reactive behavior. There are 3 trainers on hand to help owners learn effective techniques to manage and support their dog’s behavior.
Booking is essential. £10 per dog and handler, cold drinks, treat bag courtesy of Top Dog Treat Box Co. are provided, the route is approximately 5-6 miles over easy ground on a flat surface (no hills or stiles).

Staffordshire bull terriers tick every box, loyal, confident, intelligent & stubborn beyond belief 😂. These two have put so much effort in that they are a joy to train 👏👏🐾

We just wanted to highlight that there’s a rather savage group that has been created to purposely tarnish K9 Kingdom Dog Daycare
We’ve personally had a positive experience dealing with K9 kingdom.
From what we have seen, the staff genuinely care about the dogs and treat them with kindness and professionalism.
Imagine if this was your business you had built up and were trying to do your best!!!
I think it’s important we all form opinions based on our own firsthand experiences rather than rumours.
As everyone that has been involved with us at K9rehab knows, we don’t get involved in anyone else’s business usually, it’s a safe space here for people to discuss and unload as well as train their dogs, we DO NOT condone any form of animal abuse but neither do we condone any alliance built on hate with people who barely tolerate each other to bring down another organisation 🐾

There has been a £5 increase for 1-1 sessions from 1st August.
All other sessions, residential training, clinics and workshops remain the same price.
