Dear customer,
We regret to inform you that, despite our continuous efforts throughout the past several days and night, we were ultimately unable to obtain customs clearance for our shipment to the United Kingdom.
As a result, and with no viable alternative, we have been forced to return the entire consignment to the Netherlands.
After 250 weeks of uninterrupted deliveries and over 500 successful import clearances, this development is both unexpected and deeply disappointing to us.
The authorities declined to release any part of the shipment.
To make matters worse, returning goods to the EU is subject to a different set of documents than exporting them to the UK.
This raised the very real possibility of the entire shipment being destroyed in The Netherlands.
We are deeply frustrated by this outcome, which is completely at odds with our service standards and commitment to our customers.
We sincerely thank you for your patience and understanding. Please be assured that we are doing everything in our power to restore the reliable service you expect from us.
If you contact us with a question, please bear with us. We will reply to you ASAP.
Best regards,
on behalf of AQUADIP,
Joey Abrahams
