How It Works:

• Send supporting documents: Follow up by sending the required supporting documents to [email protected]
• OV Check & Prepare: I will verify all documentation and prepare the official certificate.
• Collect & Sign: Collect the completed AHC and sign the documentation in person during a brief appointment at the designated collection point. Your pet's microchip will be scanned at this time to verify their identity.

Collection of the physical document must be made in person. It is prohibited by UK government regulations to post or email the final certificate, as the pet's microchip must be physically scanned and verified by the OV.
