Neighbours made their first complaints in October last year before the dog owner was given four warnings by the council and eventually taken to court. They have been ordered to pay the fine or face further legal action.

This photo was taken 5 minutes ago on a pavement that was shaded most of the morning! If you insist on walk your dogs, even around the block, then I insist you do it bare foot. The number of irresponsible owners I’ve seen today is beyond any logic.
The damage these temperatures can cause your pets’ paws can be life changing. Please keep them at home ❤️🌞
