I’m so excited to finally share this…✨

Over the last few months, I’ve been working on something behind the scenes — and it’s officially live!

I’ve created The Ultimate Coat Care Guide 🤍

This is something I’ve written myself, based on everything I see day to day as a groomer. All the common problems, questions, and things I wish every owner knew when it comes to coat care…especially doodles!

It’s designed to be simple, realistic and genuinely helpful!

Inside, you’ll learn how to:
– prevent matting properly
– brush the right way (including line brushing)
– understand your dog’s coat type
– choose the right tools
– maintain the coat between grooms

…and so much more.

This is the first time I’ve ever created something like this, and I’ve put a lot of time and thought into making it something you’ll actually use and benefit from 🤍

As we head into February, I’ll be celebrating 3 years of my business. I’ve worked hard over the last 3 years to build up a business I love and am proud of the result I’ve had so far.

I am very close to being at my maximum capacity and would love to give it my final push and encourage a few new customers through the door so as a small welcome I am offering a discount of 20% off FULL GROOMS ONLY completed by 29th February for new customers only!*

Happy New Year to everyone! I hope you all had a wonderful break, I’m back from mine tomorrow.

*As of 15 January I will be having building work done on my house. This is set to last until about June. It won’t be affecting my work as such but I will not be having any customers on my premises for safety reasons. Please send me a message when you are waiting outside in your car and I will come out to you and collect your dog/s from you there. The gate will be locked at all times🔒so please DO NOT ENTER! ⛔️ *

Just a couple of reminders as we head into the new year:

1. There hasn’t been a price increase as such but some of you may notice a change in your prices as it should have been updated throughout last year but maybe wasn’t for one reason or another so I’m making sure everyone is at the price they should be at! Any questions please do ask, I’m only human and I do make the odd mistake too 🙈
2. Please do not under any circumstances block my drive, or my neighbours! My neighbours are so good to me and supportive of my work so I’d really love to keep it that way!
3. Please be quiet and respectful of my neighbours upon drop off and pick up, especially those of you attending my 8am starts 😴
4. Cash payments - I don’t accept any change less than £1.
5. Online payments - please BANK TRANSFER ONLY. Please DO NOT use the link provided on the invoice if possible as it does charge me.
6. Late payments past 24hrs will incur a £2 fee.

All appointments online show all of my availability. Anything not shown is unavailable.

Cancellations:
Day before - 50% of appointment charge
