Look at my new addition to my walking crew !

Meet Lola, can you get any more cuter? !🥰

She’s only 14 weeks so I am focusing lots on confidence building with her at the moment.
Lola met the postman who was brilliant with her! He let her go to him so she didn’t feel intimidated.
I gave the postman some tasty cheese to feed her as well, so that helped bring her out of her shell.

She’s very good with traffic so far & walks beautifully on the lead.
Now to focus on building her confidence with other dogs & getting her used to different surroundings.

I can’t wait to watch her grow and develop💕

Thanks to all my clients who rearranged their walks to very early morning. Walks started as early as 5am to beat the heat ! Here’s just a few lovely photos of my solo walks 🥰

Pixie enjoyed her solo walk around Warmley forest.

Go careful with the grass seeds this time of year !
Always check your dog over /groom after a walk to make sure there are not any seeds embedded in their coat or skin. Especially in their eyes or ears. Grass seeds can be really nasty as they can migrate through the skin barrier & cause infection.

I walk him every week & we are developing such a great bond. He’s my little mate now & we enjoy our walks together .

He has a sensitive nature & he hasn’t had the best of encounters with other dogs so he likes to have space from them out on walks (unless he tells me he wants to say hello!).

Please if you ever see an owner with a dog on lead, don’t assume it’s ok for your dog to just wander up and say hello. It’s always best to communicate with other owners first and ask if it’s ok for your dog to do so.

Most dogs who are reactive do so through fear & it’s always much kinder to ensure they are given space & not put in a position where they have to react.

Plus it’s great owner etiquette!🥰🫶

My new recruit! Meet Buddy💙

I can’t believe I have lived around this area all of my life and I’ve never visited Magpie Bottom nature reserve until today! What a stunning place even in tsunami weather! 🙄☔️🌧️🌊
Buddy was not phased at all by the rain & looks like he needed a good sleep after our walk (see pic😴)
A true working collie that had an awful start in life.
He’s come on in leaps in bounds! One very lucky dog who is now truly loved living in the best home🥰
I will look forward to my regular training walks with him 🙂
