Mabel and her famous wiggly bum 🤣 She’s an absolute star for her grooms with me, though mum and dad still aren’t allowed to brush her, so I must have the magic touch!! She even struts through the door to say hi now 🥰 It’s the funny thing about grooming, most dogs pretend to hate you, but secretly don’t! 🤭

I had planned to wait until the new year to rebrand, but honestly… I couldn’t wait any longer. 😂 So here we are.. Barehound is live 🎉

Over the next three months I’ll be getting everything in place - updating business cards, refining products, and adding new treatments like the Luxury Groom and ultrasonic teeth cleaning. They’re coming soon, just not quite ready yet!! And ignore my green wall in my salon.. I was experimenting with colour…😅🤣

After 12 years as Lucy’s Dog Groomers, I felt it was time to grow into something new. Barehound is my calm, one-to-one home salon in Patcham, Brighton - designed to be a gentler, more considered grooming experience.

It’s still me, Lucy, fully qualified with 12 years’ experience! The only difference now is a clearer vision: stress-free, restraint-free grooming, where wellbeing is just as important as appearance.

Thank you to everyone who’s supported me so far. I can’t wait to welcome you and your dogs into Barehound.
