A lovely Buddy-Up Walk for Molly and Sunny this week!

Molly the lovely little sproodle can be a little nervous and unsure, so I carefully matched her with Sunny, the lovely little Cockapoo who I thought would be a great fit for her.

And it went brilliantly! 🥰

They got on so well, and it was lovely to see Molly’s confidence grow throughout the walk. She was relaxed, happy and really enjoyed having Sunny alongside her. 💛🖤

Daisy & Rusty 🐾

A little belated boarding update… because this week has been a busy one! 🐶

Daisy and Rusty are back with me, and after meeting previously when Rusty had his trial. they have settled in together so nicely. It’s been lovely watching them enjoy their time here and get comfortable in each other’s company. 🥰

Did you know? Sniffing is tiring! 👃

This is Molly ❤️ She can be quite an anxious girl, so when we’re out walking, I like to give her plenty of time to sniff, explore and take things at her own pace.

Sniffing provides dogs with lots of mental stimulation, so a slower, sniff-filled walk can be just as valuable as a long, fast-paced one. 🐶

Introducing Poppy ☺️🖤

This lovely girl has recently joined the Solo Paws family and will be joining me on regular weekly walks. 🖤

Over the next few weeks, we’ll be taking things at her pace as we get to know each other, build trust, and learn what she enjoys most. Every dog is different, and I always believe in taking the time to understand their individual personality and needs.

Once Poppy is feeling settled and confident, the plan is to carefully match her with a suitable walking buddy for my paired walks. 🐶🐶

Introducing Roxy! 🐶

Today was lovely Roxy’s very first day of daycare with Solo Paws and she has been an absolute pleasure to have around ☺️

She spent the day exploring, sniffing, relaxing and getting to know her new surroundings 🐾

There’s no one-size-fits-all when it comes to dogs. 🐾🐶

Some are happiest exploring the world on their own, while others thrive with a carefully matched walking buddy. My job is to get to know each dog as an individual and give them the walks that suit them best. ❤️

One of the things I love most about keeping my walks individual or in carefully matched pairs is the chance to build genuine relationships with every dog. Spending that one-to-one time means I really get to know their personalities, what makes them feel confident, and what they enjoy most. For me, it’s about quality over quantity, and giving every dog the time and attention they deserve. 🐾🐶

Here’s a little glimpse of some of the adventures we’ve been enjoying over the last few weeks. Lots of happy faces, wagging tails, and plenty of fun along the way. ❤️🐶
