🐾 We're Not New Dog Walkers! 🐾

While Horwich Canine Company may be new, the people behind it certainly aren't!

A few months ago, Heather’s Walkies and The Canine Quest got together and hatched an idea. We realised we shared the same values when it comes to dog care – providing fantastic adventures, exceptional care, and always putting the dogs first.

So, we decided to join forces and create something even better. After all, two heads are better than one! (Two treat bags are definitely better - just ask the dogs!)

Many of you may already know us from our individual businesses, but if not, we'd love you to take a look at our pages. You'll find plenty of reviews from happy clients and lots of photos of dogs enjoying their carefully curated adventures with us.

🐾Meet Siobhan🐾

I have been professionally dog walking for two years now with my previous business Canine Quest . I started out looking for a job that would give me time at home with my family, whilst also being great fun!

Before this, I was a volunteer for a Romanian Rescue charity, where I fostered dogs with complex behavioural histories, often those who had been returned to the rescue through no fault of their own. This experience taught me so much about dog communication, and how important it is to give dogs choice in their lives.

My own dog is Cora, a beautiful Romanian Rescue, who has been living with me for 6 years. Initially, Cora was incredibly fearful, and I used my experience to help coach her, and build up her confidence. Now she is a diva, living her best life. We are still working on her recall - street dogs are known for wanting to do their own thing!

Joining forces with Heather to create Horwich Canine Company Ltd felt like the perfect next step. I'm very excited to be able to contribute my experience of pet care to the team!

I can't wait to meet you all, and for your dogs to join me on our amazing adventures!
