Ted the Cockapoo is back on the table! ✂️🐾

His owners are total pros, he’s on a solid 8 week full groom schedule with a 4 week bath & brush tune up to keep those tangles away! 🛁✨

With his tight, coarse coat, Ted is an absolute dream to style. Plus, he’s a total gentleman who just stands back and relaxes the whole time.

Good boy, Ted! 🐶❤️

Meet Chaos personified: my brother’s 11-month-old Black Lab, Jasper! 🖤

He sheds more than a Husky and spent his groom serenading me, trying to nose-kiss the inside of my mouth, and finishing off with maximum-speed butt-scooting zoomies.

10/10, fully clean, zero regrets. 🧼🐶

Meet Gino! 🐾 This handsome show cocker spaniel paid us a visit for his very first groom today.

His paw-rents requested a neat, short all over clip while keeping his signature top knot and tail intact. Safe to say, he rocks the look! ✨

Gino is a bit of a magnet for grass seeds (he recently had a couple sneak into his ears!). While giving those big, fluffy paws a styling, we discovered a couple more hiding out between his toes. Thankfully, they were safely removed without any drama, and Gino was an absolute gentleman the entire time.

Look at this face! 😂 M was back on the table today for his in-between bath and brush.

Because he’s prone to matting, we keep him on a regular schedule: a full groom every 8 weeks, with a refresh wash and brush right at the 4-week mark. It’s the secret to keeping his coat tangle-free and looking gorgeous! ✨

His post-groom expressions always crack me up. I promise we’re besties .. I've known him since he was a puppy, even if his grumpy little face says otherwise! 🐾❤️

Meet Harley the Border Terrier! 🐾

It was Harley’s first time on my grooming table, and she was an absolute dream.

Her owners wanted a shorter, tidier body, short neat legs and feet, and a fresh, clean face.

You can tell she’s been groomed regularly since she was a pup, she was a total lady the entire time! ✂️❤️

Link the spaniel was back to see me! 🐶✨

He is honestly one of my absolute favourite dogs to groom. He is so patient and gives the best drive by kisses throughout his appointment 💋🐾

His owners like to keep him short all over because, as is typical with those nose down in the undergrowth spaniels, he velcros the whole entire world to himself when he is out exploring! 🌿🍂

Also, check out that amazing colour change! He went from sun kissed tips (which humans pay £££ for!) right back to his rich chocolate brown. 🍫✨

🎓 PAWSITIVE START GRADUATION DAY! 🎓

The adorable Monty the Cavapoo was back on the table today, and he officially graduated! 🥳🐶

His family decided to go a little shorter for this clip, because like most curious pups, Monty is currently acting like a piece of human walking vegetation Velcro out in the yard! 🌱 Sticky seeds and twigs don't stand a chance.

His coat is right in that transition phase between fine puppy fluff and his adult coat, and you can already see those gorgeous new colors coming through! ✨

He’s now locked in on a regular 6 week schedule to keep that coat tangle free and easy to manage.

So proud of you, Little Grad! 🐾🎓❤️

Malakai the Spaniel was back on the table today! 🐶✨

Quick recap:
His paws are his absolute least favourite thing in the world to have groomed. To help him feel safe, we’ve been working closely with his amazing human on regular grooms to build up trust step by step.

And today? He did amazingly well! 🙌

He still had a few opinions to share, of course a little grumble here and there, mostly interspersed with singing the song of his people 🎤🎶
BUT! the progress is huge. So proud of this brave boy! 🐾❤️

🐶 Look who was back on the pamper table today! 🐶

The handsome Ted the Cockapoo popped in for a quick "bath & brush" refresh to keep those stubborn knots and tangles at bay! 🛁✨
High maintenance coats like Ted’s take a lot of work, but his humans deserve a huge round of applause, they’ve done an absolute 10/10 job keeping his fur completely tangle free between appointments! Teamwork really does make the dream work when it comes to coat maintenance. 🙌🐕

As always, Ted was a total superstar on the table and left looking extra fluffy, super dapper, and smelling amazing! 💙

See you in 4 weeks for your full groom, Ted! ✂️📅

Look at this adorable Pawsitive Start graduate! 🐾✨

Meet Nellie the Schnoodle! 🐶
Her humans decided it was time for a short & smart cut just like her big brother, Hector, and what a great choice! Nellie’s fine, fluffy puppy coat was starting to get a bit tangled (because what puppy doesn't love collecting leaves and twigs outside? 🌿👀).

Check out that gorgeous color reveal! She went from a soft strawberry blonde to a rich redhead! Doesn’t she look so grown up now? 😍

She gave me her best owl impression 🦉 when the clippers first turned on, but after a little curious head tilting, she settled right in like a total pro. ✂️

Can’t wait to see you and Hector again soon, sweet girl! ❤️
