Important Update – Our Final Days at The Pet Barn

Due to having only a few shelves of stock remaining, we have decided to bring forward the closure of The Pet Barn to this week.

We will be open tomorrow as usual from 9am–4pm, and then we will open one final time on Sunday from 10:30am–2pm.

Sunday will be your last chance to grab anything that’s left at significantly reduced prices and most importantly, to come and say your goodbyes to Hollie. ❤️

We would like to thank all of our wonderful customers for your support. We hope to see as many of you as possible over our next final days.

‼️ IMPORTANT NOTICE TO ALL CUSTOMERS ‼️

After much consideration, we are saddened to announce that the Pet Barn Blandford will be closing its doors for the final time on June 25th.

Since taking on the challenge of restoring the shop to its former glory it has certainly been a hard fought battle which has eventually taken its toll.

Mounting pressures from the ever rising costs associated with running a small business alongside a decline in footfall means that the business is unfortunately no longer viable.

We want to sincerely thank every customer who has supported this venture and shopped with us, your support hasn’t gone unnoticed and for that thank you.

A big thank you goes to all our staff who have worked with us throughout the Pet barn journey, unfortunately I don’t think any of us realised just how much damage had been caused to the pet shop business previously.

A special mention goes to our Hollie! Anyone who thinks of the milldown pet shop will automatically think of Hollie! Our shinning start throughout the last few months she has worked tirelessly to make the shop be the best it can be, she has done her upmost to ensure the future of Pet barn with her dedication and genuine love for not only the shop but also the customers we honestly cannot thank her enough!

Over the next coming weeks we will continue to trade as normal until our final day on June 25th, We would love to see as many of you as possible before then.

We’re delighted to welcome Dave back to the Pet Barn!

Many of you will remember he originally set up the very first pet shop here and became famous for his dowsing clinics, working with dogs and cats from all around the world. We’ve managed to track him down and he’ll now be returning for weekly sessions.
