We are currently experiencing issues with our dedicated prescription line. Please can anyone requesting medications or food either speak directly to reception or use the form on our web site. Our provider is trying to rectify this and we will keep you updated. Thankyou.

Just a reminder about prescription requests. My Buddy app is currently not working/ doing very strange things. We cannot access it so please do not use.
The prescription line is now through the main phoneline 01253357380 option 2.
Or use the request on the bottom of the website front page. Many thanks.

Emergency only today!
Just to remind everyone we moved buildings over the weekend to Jubilee Park, BUT we are emergencies only today while we get things straightened out, please be patient and please only call if you have an emergency today.

We will be closed Friday 10th,Saturday11th and Monday 13th October for everything but emergencies while we move to the new Building. Please share on here but also word of mouth for those not on facebook.

Morning to you all , I know I have been absent for a while but things have been particularly busy with unprecedented numbers of genuine emergencies putting extra strain on my fantastic staff, as well as busy normal work as well. I need to say thank you to those of you that waited patiently or in some cases, rearranged your appointments to give us a little breathing space.
This was actually a post to update you on the new building. It is coming on really well and we actually have a move date earlier than originally expected.

The aim is to be in the new building - the old Jubilee Pub for those who have missed it- next to the Vue cinema on the Promenade in Cleveleys by the Middle of October!
Just saying it out loud is both exciting and terrifying , it feels like there is so much still to do , but compared to what has already been done to completely transform the almost unsaveable building , it is a drop in the ocean.

Cannot wait to welcome you there.

This gorgeous boy has come our way for rehoming. He is a young male, approx 14-18 months old, recently neutered and is now microchipped. He is a talkative chap, who likes cuddles and a lot of attention. We feel that he would prefer to be an only child.

Due to unprecedented demand and slow stock delivery, we are now asking for a weeks notice for repeat prescriptions.

Also, please use either the dedicated medicines line - 01253590015 or the submission form at the bottom of our website front page.

Please remember that animals have to be seen regularly by a vet for us to legally dispense prescription only medications.

It saddens me to have to write this message today. Nobody comes to work to be abused verbally or physically. I will not tolerate shouting and swearing in my practice. It is unacceptable for my staff to be subjected to this, not only does it affect the staff but frightens other owners and even more so other animals within the building.
If you have an issue, please politely ask for our complaints procedure.
Be kind to each other.
Those involved in this morning's incident will be contacted directly.
