💫Taking action really is the best way to let the universe know what you want. It is affirming your commitment to what you ask for. 💫
It allows the universe to send you any final lessons, or nudges before you reach your goal.
So the trick or 'hack' is to keep taking action. Take small steps everyday, notice what comes up, listen, learn then take the next step. 👍☺️
The compound effect will kick in and you'll be amazed at where you will end up in such a short space of time! 🥳

Is this the ✨✨great awakening✨✨?

Speaking to other lightworkers at an event last week , we all spoke about how heavy the last few months of 2021 were, we were all feeling it deeper and stronger than most. We realised, because we are the ones who are willing to question what we are being told whilst many are still conforming willingly. This weighs heavy on us.
But... there's a mutual feeling that something big is coming, a great change, a great rising, a great awakening and we are ready to guide the world through it!

Go where your soul is happy!

For me that's the sea. I feel connected, grounded, I feel things deeper, it can let go and cleanse myself, I can hear my intuition clearer and refocus.

What's been happening cont.....
So in a nutshell, in January I was offered a position to open a new wine bar. Going back to my hospo roots and also go back to full time work!
This was a massive decision to make and I didn't make it lightly!
Thankfully it has been the right decision.
The bar opened at the beginning of June and is doing amazing! 👍
I have in no way stopped being a transformation and empowerment coach.
But for a short while whilst me and Jimmy go into our next chapter we needed both of us in full time positions. (Damn mortgages) 😂😂
I have for the first couple of months stopped my group program, and will only be working with 1-1 clients until I find my rhythm in this new phase. 😊

I'm back B*tches!!!! It's been a while! Not really sure where to start! 😂 The past couple of months have been so mental....

It's been a while! Not really sure where to start! 😂
The past couple of months have been so mental. Heaps of changes, heaps of growing, a few low points! A few massive highs!!!
It's been fun, but I've found it really hard to be on socials! I've continued to be a nosey lurker and have been scrolling daily! 😂 Obvs!

Ok, so 2021 has begun! And let's face it, it's not been a brilliant start with a third national lockdown and more shocking global events.
Do you perhaps feel overwhelmed? Shell shocked? Confused? Exhausted? Unfocussed?
