Hi everyone, I hope I’ve been able to contact all my customers about my annual price increase. I’m really sorry, but due to rising fuel costs, I’ll need to increase the price of pick-up and drop-off. I truly appreciate your understanding and ongoing support.

Today was one of the hardest grooms I’ve had to do. 💔

Shaving down a double-coated dog is something no groomer ever wants to do. These coats are designed to protect them, regulate their temperature, and keep their skin healthy. Removing that protection is always a last resort.

But sometimes, when a coat becomes severely matted or impacted, the kindest and safest thing we can do for the dog is start again.

And I want to say something that I think a lot of people need to hear…

There is absolutely no judgement in my salon.

Life happens. People get busy. Families go through hard times. Work, health, stress, caring responsibilities — sometimes things pile up and before you know it a dog’s coat has gotten away from you.

It happens more often than you’d think.

What matters is that you take that step and ask for help.

My job is never to shame anyone. My job is to care for your dog, make them comfortable again, and help you move forward with a grooming routine that works for you.

Every dog deserves a fresh start. And every owner deserves kindness, not criticism.

If you’re worried about your dog’s coat, please don’t feel embarrassed to reach out. I will always be here to help. 🐾
