🩷 END OF CLEANSE REPORT - LEXI

Course: 3-Day Respiratory Cleanse

Prior to starting this cleanse, Lexi already had some nasal drainage present, showing her airways still needed a little support to clear irritation and mucus. We put her on a course of 3 consecutive days on the Seaclimate salt machine, starting gently and building as recommended.

🩷 DAY 1
Lexi arrived with signs of clearance underway, creamy coloured mucus draining from one nostril, and clear discharge from the other.
We started her on a medium setting for 30 minutes, a perfect introductory dose to gently thin mucus and open airways without overwhelming her airways.

🩷 DAY 2
Lexi's owner reported not seeing any mucus, but whilst talking after the session Lexi started to part with bright white mucus, this is the perfect sign that the therapy is working deep down, loosening residual debris and flushing it out.

🩷 DAY 3
Note: Yesterday’s appointment was cancelled due to extreme heat and rearranged for this morning when conditions were cool and comfortable.

Lexi had parted with some more mucus the night before but now the nasal drainage was clear. Finished on medium setting for 30 minutes. Lexi was fully relaxed and enjoyed her cleanse.

Owner has report that Lexi's nostrils were clear and had dried up.

Lexi’s response to this cleanse has been fab, showing a clear progression from residual irritation to no nasal mucus. We saw an immediate shift from coloured discharge to healthy white and clear mucus, followed by discharge stopping completely.

⚠️ Equine Flu Notice ⚠️

With cases of equine flu currently on the rise, we kindly ask that all clients ensure their horses are fully up to date with vaccinations before attending their treadmill sessions.

We will be checking passports on arrival and ask that horses are not unloaded until this has been done.

Thank you for helping us keep our horses safe and healthy.

A lot more people follow me here now than when I first started, so I wanted to re-share why I began this journey in the first place.

I didn’t start because I had everything figured out.
I started because I was curious, frustrated, inspired, and honestly tired of waiting until I felt “ready.”

What kept me going wasn’t instant success or confidence. It was consistency. Small steps. Learning publicly. Meeting incredible people along the way. And realizing that progress usually looks messy while you’re in it.

If you’re someone sitting on an idea, a project, a goal, or a creative passion — this is your reminder that you do not need permission to begin.

Your first version will not be perfect. Mine wasn’t either.
But the people you admire today probably started with uncertainty too.

Start before you feel ready.
Post the thing.
Build the thing.
Apply for the thing.
Try again if it fails.

You never know what can happen a year from now when you commit to yourself consistently.

And to everyone who’s supported me so far. Thank you. Seriously. I’m just getting started

OVER THE MOON WITH FLYNN'S PROGRESS👏🐴

He was coughing, shortness of breath and is currently on inhalers alongside steroids. We introduced the salt therapy sessions and have been building it up carefully 🤗

AFTER THE 3 CONSECUTIVE DAY CLEANSE:
🔆No coughing in the mornings
🔆No wheezing walking to the field
🔆Much brighter in himself,
In fact… he’s now dragging his owner to the field! 🫢

We’ve seen a light, clear nasal discharge which is exactly what we want – the airways are starting to clear without any stress or irritation.

Consistency is key with these cases, but this is a great early response and shows how effective the right combination of management and therapy can be.

Flynn is actually back out competing and enjoying fun rides with his human 💙

Looking forward to seeing his continued progress 💪

Equine Salt Therapy – A Supportive Holistic Approach 🐴

When looking into ways to support your horse’s health, it’s important to be clear about what different therapies can and cannot do. Equine salt therapy is a wonderful holistic approach, it is designed as a supportive measure not a cure for illness or injury.

This natural therapy works beautifully alongside professional veterinary care and advice. It can help support respiratory health, skin condition, and general wellbeing. Think of it as an extra layer of care, working with your vet’s plan to give your horse the best possible quality of life.

Always speak to your vet before starting any new therapy, to make sure it is safe and suitable for your individual horse. 💙🩷

CHARLIE | 3 DAY COURSE – FINAL RESULT! 🐴

Charlie came to us with a persistent, recurring cough that had been troubling him for 2 months. Even with the owner doing everything right soaked hay, shavings and good management, his airways were irritated and inflamed, just like last year.

We put him on a course of 3 consecutive days on the Seaclimate salt machine.

🔹 Day 1: A little unsettled at first, which told us his chest felt tight. Straight after the session he sneezed lots, the first clear sign the salt was already lifting all that deep dust and mucus loose.

🔹 Day 2: What a change! 😲 He walked in, some fidgeting, but relaxed. His owner messaged to say he was snorting loads and blowing plenty of snot out that morning, exactly what we love to see! That’s all the rubbish leaving his lungs and clearing out of his system. His breathing was suddenly deep, full and easy.

🔹 Day 3 – FINAL SESSION TODAY: 🎉
Charlie stood like a rock mesmerised and fully relaxed. The best update possible…
NO COUGHING AT ALL — EVEN IN CANTER!
The owner exercised him , right up through the gears, and not a single cough. This proves his airways are wide open, inflammation is reduced and he is breathing freely again.

We also had thick sticky mucus on the stable door this morning.

Charlie was a total star today for his final session. He exited completely reset and comfortable.

3 Days of Salt Therapy – What a Difference!

Here’s what came out today after 3 consecutive days of salt therapy 🤍 This thick, ropey, pale mucus is exactly what we like to see. It’s dense, sticky, and formed into proper strands — proof all that built-up, stagnant gunk deep in the airways finally loosed and moved out.

Salt therapy works by breaking down thick, hardened mucus, making it easier for the body to clear it naturally. Seeing this kind of discharge means it’s doing its job perfectly — shifting the old stuff that was sitting there and causing irritation. It’s not watery or thin; this is the heavy, accumulated material that needed to go.

Such a positive sign! It shows the respiratory system is cleaning itself out, and we’re well on the way to clearer airways and easier breathing. 💨✨
