I worked in Insurance for over 30 years and although I enjoyed my time in the industry, deep down, I always wanted to be my own boss. When I was made redundant in May 2019, I took the opportunity to set up my own dog walking and dog care business. Our beloved Border Collie, Bailey, sadly passed over to the Rainbow Bridge in the previous December and it felt right to name the business in memory of

him. My husband gave up his job to nurse Bailey and so, we now work together (for better or worse)! We are both passionate about dogs and we both love the outdoors. If your best friend needs more exercise than you are able to provide due to work or family commitments, or if you are concerned that they are suffering from separation anxiety, especially following lockdown, we can help. We promise to look after and care for your dog as if it was our own.

To the memory of silent footsteps
That beside us once did fall
We pause but for a moment
And in reverence do recall

For the hand that held the leash
They served our country well
Therefore we who do remain

Some did come home
Along with us, tails held high
While others left empty collars
