The promised day finally came for the boys!

After a trip to the vets yesterday for a little nip and tuck on the furry marbles, they enjoyed their first steps out into the world this afternoon 🖤

How are those wiggly little hand-sized hamsters now all grown up cats?! Well, all grown up until it’s time for mushy kitten biscuits at bedtime 😆 No, I am not intentionally keeping them hooked on mushy biscuits because I can’t let their kittenhood go. Ok, you got me, I am and I can’t 😍😂

🚨MISSING, LEADHILLS, ML12 🚨

Our Malay Gamefowl, Beanstalk, has been missing for several days with no sightings of her in the nearby area at all. We now fear she may have been taken.

She was last seen at around 2pm on Friday 24th April when she hopped the fence. By 5 past she’d vanished in to thin air. She can not fly, only flutter, and we’re certain she isn’t trapped somewhere nearby after combing the immediate area numerous times starting just minutes after she got out. We’re also sure she hasn’t been taken by a predator due to the location she went missing from. Given the amount of interest she gets from passers by, our worry is she’s been scooped up - either well intentioned or otherwise.

If you could please keep a watch out for her in the local area, but also on any poultry groups or animal selling pages we’d be very grateful.

If she has been taken we’ll be satisfied with her safe return. She *will not* produce fertile eggs. She will be very stressed without her flock.
