Conservation at Petroc) and as a Dog owner myself, walking my Dogs is the highlight of my day. So I decided to create Tails 2 Trails and hopefully enrich the lives of other Dogs, giving them the opportunity to socialise and play in safe settings, in groups alongside other Dogs who are suitable playmates in terms of size and personality.

Its another funky Friday 🎉🥳
Lots of fun had on our walks today on the coastpath, burrows and Griggs. And as a bonus, my new phone had arrived when I'd got home, so hopefully some better quality photos from here-on in 😁

Back to normal with the walks (although sensibly). Two nice cool walks this morning before a slightly warmer one broken up by a stream this afternoon to celebrate Bella's 2nd Birthday!!

Then I finished work and did a 5k run 🥵 I haven't ran for a while, but it bodes well that if I can get my lardy arse out for 3 miles, the dogs should be ok 😅

I came across this photo of Amber, Leo and Kolo from 2022 when I first started dog walking. Kolo is my own first born, but Amber and Leo were one of the first dogs I took on. Unfortunately, Leo is no longer with us 🌈 but it brings me a lot of joy that Amber and Kolo still see each other, and have a really good friendship.

We're all looking a little more grey around the face, but that's just where the colour has been kissed off over the years ❤️

☀️ Precautions will be in full force next week ☀️

Don't be surprised to find your dogs returning slightly early from a walk, soaking wet or having done less than their usual 30,000 steps. Walks will be bespoke based on the breed of dogs, the ages and the temperature at the time of their walk.

We'll be found in shady spots with a water source, and the priority on each of these walks will be the welfare and safety of your dogs. Heatstroke is a very real killer in dogs, so this will be absolutely paramount next week
