Conservation at Petroc) and as a Dog owner myself, walking my Dogs is the highlight of my day. So I decided to create Tails 2 Trails and hopefully enrich the lives of other Dogs, giving them the opportunity to socialise and play in safe settings, in groups alongside other Dogs who are suitable playmates in terms of size and personality.

Ford woods to start the day with Eva, Winnie, Norman, Rita and Bow. A proper small dog walk to get the day up and running.

Northam burrows with Molly, Teddy, Freddy, Murray, and Ralphie. Some excellent running from this group, except Ralphie who didn't need to run after he took possession of his new ball ๐Ÿ˜ฌ

Griggs field with Teddy, Digger, Baxter, Bella and Percy. Digger and Bella rarely see each other now as they deliberately got put on separate walks while they were both in their teenage phase, but it was lovely seeing them reunited today!

Melbury woods where Teddy found fox ๐Ÿ’ฉ and Hoshi and Ralph rekindled their cocker bond.

Down to the burrows where Digger, Teddy and Alfie burnt off some steam, running miles after each other, and Louis did the best job keeping me company, as we had no realistic chance of keeping up with them.

Finishing at Griggs field where Bella got sucked into Murphy and Peaches game of silly buggers.
Pip got involved occasionally but was in all reality, out of her depth. Bogie clearly sees this nonsense all of the time, as he's learnt to dodge them like a ninja in his prime, and Ralphie plodded along, having a few short sprints but just couldn't keep up with the long game.

Monday ๐Ÿพ

I rarely go down instow beach because of the distractions, but thought I'd brave it this morning and glad I did because Alvin, Teddy, Enzo and Murray had a wonderful time, making approximately 400 new friends between them and taking a dip as the morning grew warmer.

Digger, Teddy, Ralphie and Freddy then went onto the coastpath below Northam. Digger found a stick, everybody else wanted the stick. Nobody else got the stick.
Teddy needed a maintainance time out while I surgically removed an entire thorn bush from his tail, head and everywhere in between. I eventually managed to catch Freddy with my blood spotted fingers, and Ralphie just silently judged them all with me ๐Ÿ˜‚

Vinny, Kirra, Bella and Percy then had one of the happier walks I ever did walk. Constant chasing and playing the entire way. Taking dips in the stream to recharge, before bundling off again. I did feel that Vinny was at a slight disadvantage with his stumpy legs, but he more than made up for it with enthusiasm ๐Ÿ˜

I didn't take a single photo today. My first walk with Rita, Norman and my pups was too mizzly, so I didn't bother trying ๐ŸŒซ

My walk with Digger, Ducky, Freddy, Winnie, Eva and Teddy was too hectic to think about photos โšก๏ธ

And I finished the day with Alvin, Bella, Nora, Baxter and Teddy in Griggs field where I thought "i've not taken any photos all day, I wont bother on this one either". After all, its my weekend too ๐Ÿ‘Œ

I wont make a habit of it, but some days (usually Fridays) you just want to enjoy the walks and ignore the admin of it all ๐Ÿ˜…

Poor Jude was taught the importance of manners by Teddy and Kolo this morning, while Oakley had the time of his life skipping through the long grass.

The mizzle well and truly set in after that, but it didn't dampen the mood of the dogs in the second group who always have copious amounts of energy โšก๏ธ

Freddie and Bella then continued their weekly ritual of being the most unruly duo i walk, bundling around without a care for other dogs, their environment or my legs ๐Ÿค• Thankfully, I had Baxter and Amber to look after me, and Kirra on hand to try and referee the yobs, to no avail.
