With the temperatures rising, it’s important to remember:
If it’s too hot for your feet, it’s too hot for their paws!

🔥 Top Tips for Hot Weather Dog Safety:

1. 🚫 Avoid midday walks – stick to early mornings or late evenings when it’s cooler.
2. 🐾 Test the pavement – press your hand to the ground for 7 seconds. Too hot? No walk!
3. 💧 Bring water – always carry fresh water & a bowl for your dog.
4. 🌳 Stick to shaded routes – grass, woodland, and shaded parks are safest.
5. 🏡 No walk is better than a risky one – mental stimulation, garden play, and enrichment activities are great alternatives on hot days!
