- Post injury/surgery box rest with in hand walking and regular Winback TECAR therapy treatments to promote healing
- On ground rehabilitation including in hand walking, long reining and personalised pole work program
- Return back to ridden work (for horses over 14hh) with a light weight confident rider with knowledge of rehabilitation
- Backing livery (for horses over 14hh) consisting of 5-6 days of work per week. Confident light weight rider with a lot of time spent on the ground before and alongside the introduction to ridden work to ensure a positive experience for your horse.

Winback TECAR Therapy

What is it?

A non-invasive treatment that uses high-frequency energy to stimulate the body's natural healing processes.

Very exciting delivery today 👀👀

9 months of light work aiming at correcting posture, self carriage and use of the hind end is paying off.

The main difference between the images are:

- Gluteal and Quadricep groups have increased muscle mass, showing a rounder hind end.
- Core muscles are engaged shown by the less ‘rounded’ belly 🙈
- Engaged back and less hollowing of the spine during work (this goes hand in hand with core and hind limb engagement)

This has been done slowly due to owner and horses needs and my availability but we so happy with how this boy is looking and feeling now 💪

A very exciting CPD day tomorrow with big news to come in the next few months 👀

One thing my clients hear a lot!

We are very big on this here, the key to an engaged, supple and comfortable horse is getting the basics first. Stretching and learning to hold themselves, engage their hind quarters and core are key to getting the end result you desire.

It may feel like a step backwards if your physio suggests going back to focusing on stretching,
engagement and straightness but trust me the end result is worth it and this boy is proof 😍
