I’ve been a bit quiet on here lately.

​Truth is, I hit a bit of a wall with the "social media" side of things. Sometimes the constant scrolling and the pressure to 'post' can drain the energy out of the very thing you love. I needed to step away from the screen, put the phone in my pocket, and just get back into the wild for a while.
​And there is no better place to recharge than Wastwater. 🏔️

​This is Freya. She doesn’t care about algorithms or engagement—she just cares about the scent on the wind and the stillness of the lake. Getting back behind the lens to capture her in this light reminded me why I started Wilderness and Whiskers in the first place.

​It’s about those raw, quiet moments where it’s just you, your dog, and the fells.

Believe it or not - I have now had 2 enquires regarding pet sitting for 2027!!!

This means I am now opening my books for overnight pet sitting in the owners home for next year 😚

I am so pleased to say I have been in such high demand this year for pet sits and had 100% positive feedback but this means I have unfortunely turned down quite a few clients due to being booked up, so it’s best to get your dates booked as soon as you can to avoid this as all requests are first come first serve 🤍
