🤎 Say hello to Chip
Chip started his Emmi-Pet journey with us and is now on his second session of a 6 session treatment plan.
As you can see from the photograph Chip has quite a lot of plaque build-up, and unfortunately Chip has been referred to the vet because of the decay.
Often bad tooth decay can lead to vet referrals and often teeth will need extracting as dental diseases can cause severe pain and discomfort.
Benefits of Emmi-Pet
🐾 Gently reaches tight, hard-to-brush areas
Because of its ultrasonic technology and a patented brush head that makes 100% ultrasound, Emmi-Pet can clean narrow interdental spaces (between teeth) and some gum line regions better than many manual or vibrating brushes.
🐾 Quiet / low stress for the dog
There’s no loud motor or harsh vibration. Emmi-Pet is designed to be silent and vibration-free, making it more tolerable especially for dogs who are anxious or dislike noise.
🐾 Reduces plaque, tartar & risk of gum disease
Regular use helps prevent or lessen plaque build-up and thus reduces gingivitis, tartar formation, and secondary dental diseases. This supports healthier gums and teeth.
🐾 Less risk / need for dental cleanings under anaesthesia
Because dental disease often requires anaesthesia for professional cleanings/dentistry, keeping up with good oral hygiene (like using something effective like Emmi-Pet) can mean fewer veterinary cleanings and reduced risk associated with sedation.
🐾 Better breath
By reducing bacteria and biofilm in the mouth, Emmi-Pet helps combat bad breath.
🐾 Gentle on enamel & gums
Because it relies on ultrasound rather than harsh mechanical scrubbing, there’s less abrasion
🐾 Helps with sensitive mouths
For dogs with sensitive gums, inflamed gums, or during tooth teething or replacement, this kind of gentle cleaning is less painful and easier to introduce.
🐾 Dual or multiple uses
Besides dental care, some Emmi-Pet attachments/care set are for skin care, wound care, tick-bite support etc.
