We still talk about you.

You were never just a dog.

We still remember the sound of your paws on the floor… the way you’d tilt your head when we talked to you like you understood every word… and the way your eyes held something unspoken but deeply human.

You didn’t just live in our home — you lived in our hearts.
And even now, you still do.

We visit your favorite spots.
We tell stories — the funny ones, the tender ones, the ones where you saved us more than we ever saved you.
And sometimes, when we’re quiet enough, it still feels like you’re right here beside us.

You were never forgotten.
You were never "just a pet."
You were — and always will be — family.

We still talk about you.
Because grief is just love with nowhere to go.

At 14:58 today we said our final goodbyes to our best boy, the OG, our Russell.

Our lives will never be the same and we are so grateful for all the wonderful memories we made and the puppies he fathered, his legacy lives on.

Anyone who knows us will know how heartbroken we are right now.
