Hope you all had a lovely weekend!

☀️☀️☀️ Weather Update ☀️☀️☀️

⚠️ Given the forecast this week, I will be adjusting walks where needed. This means:

🥾Walks will be brought forward to earlier in the day where temperatures are cooler and/ or walks to take place in shaded areas with water.

🚙 Air con will be on and travel time kept to a minimum.

💦 Fresh water provided after and during each walk.

🌤️ As temperatures can change, I will send out individual adjustments if and when needed to keep you updated on the day.

⚠️ These measures are in place to ensure your dogs are comfortable and safe during the heat.

❌ If any cancellations are required, I will let you know on the morning of your scheduled walk and rearrangements can be made if requested.

☀️🐶 With temperatures soaring today, your dogs’ safety comes first.

All group walks are cancelled today due to the heat, as high temperatures can quickly become dangerous for our furry friends.

Instead, I’ll be offering shorter toilet breaks, shaded garden visits, and drop-ins only where needed — making sure your pups stay cool, hydrated, and comfortable at home. 💧🐾

Please remember:
🐕 Avoid walking during peak heat hours
🌳 Stick to shaded areas and grass where possible
🥵 Check pavements with your hand before walks
💦 Keep fresh water available at all times
🏡 Never leave dogs in cars, even for a few minutes

Thank you for understanding — your dogs’ wellbeing will always be my top priority.

First walk with this beautiful girl today - She was very nervous for the first 5 minutes and then soon perked up once she saw the open space and long grass to run around in, a spaniels dream 😍

Mia will eventually join a group walk but is having a few solo walks with me first so I can observe her needs and temperament to then match her with a suitable group.

Initial solo walks are a great way for me to bond with the dog, build trust and ensure they are responsive to me to enable safe and fun walks in the future.

Pippa is a Turkish Shepherd Dog (Rescue) and she is having a few Adhoc walks with me.
She is bouncy and full of life however didn’t fancy the car ride so we settled for the park and enclosed field so she could have a good run.
So much fun! 🧡
