If you need to cancel your dog boarding booking, please let us know as soon as possible.

Cancellations made before the start of the booking will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the total boarding price.

Cancellations must be made by phone (email or message, thereafter).

This policy helps cover reserved space and lost bookings.
