I had a lovely few days looking after Margo, Rupert and jasper 🐶
There owners enjoyed some time away whilst the weather was lovely knowing there dogs were in safe hands and got the attention and care they needed, although the weather was to warm to walk during the day we had some lovely evening strolls through there village and then enjoyed a little swim in the river 🐾☀️

How Hot Weather Affects Your Dogs!!🐶☀️

Dogs can really struggle in hot weather as they do not cool themselves as efficiently as humans.
Instead of sweating through their skin, dogs mainly regulate their body temperature by panting which can become less effective in extreme heat ☀️
High temperatures can quickly lead to things like dehydration, exhaustion or even heatstroke especially in breeds with thick coats or short noses like bulldogs and pugs 🐕
Signs of overheating include excessive panting, drooling, weakness, vomiting, and difficulty breathing.
To keep your pups safe during warm weather, owners should make sure they always have access to fresh water, shade, and cooler indoor spaces, while avoiding long walks or intense exercise during the hottest parts of the day 🐾

Today I have spent the day looking after buzz and woody for their owners whilst they enjoy a lovely day out with family 🐕
They have been amazing to look after again weve enjoyed two sunny walks through their lovely village, lots of playtime and may naps throughout the day 💤 as being a puppy gets very tiring.

If you have a family day planned out don’t panic!, pop me a message I offer day sitting, overnight sitting and pop in visits to make sure your pets are happy and get the attention they need during the day giving you peace of mind your dog is being looked after 🐶

I take the time to understand each dog’s personality, routine and individual needs to make sure they feel relaxed and cared for while in my hands. From supervised playtime and regular walks to plenty of attention, affection, and rest, I make sure every dog is happy, active, and well looked after. I also maintain a clean and safe space, closely monitor all dogs at all times and keep owners updated for complete peace of mind. My goal is to create a trusting relationship with both dogs and their owners so you can feel confident your pet is receiving the very best care whilst you are away or just needing me to walk your pup 🐕

I’m currently looking after two lovely dogs, Mabel and olive for a two-day overnight stay. They’ve settled in beautifully and are enjoying plenty of walks, playtime and attention throughout the day. I always make sure each dog feels safe, comfortable, and cared for while their owners are away, keeping to their usual routines as much as possible 🐶🐶
