This weekend Pete & Cattie went back to the Annual BHS/AHH (British Herpetological Society / Advancing Herpetological Husbandry) conference held at Drayton Manor. 🐍

It was a weekend of networking, catching up with friends, and gaining a deeper insight and knowledge into the herpetological world. 🐸

Reptile & amphibian keeping is an ever growing industry with a lot of research gaps in which researchers are working on filling.
It's so important that keepers, breeders, sellers, vets, and anyone with an interest in reptiles are kept up to date with recent studies and information to ensure the best possible care for our critters. There is always something new to be learned and can be applied to adapt and improve ways of keeping. 🦎

As a little break from listening to talks, every year we get the luxury of having a peek round the reptile house at the zoo! Here's a few of my favourite pictures 📸 💚🐢🪲
