Sorry I’ve been a bit quiet on here lately, I haven’t disappeared, I’ve just been deep in marathon mode.

I was absolutely determined to break the 4-hour mark at the London Marathon… and I’m very happy to say all that training paid off, and I finished in 3 hours 55 minutes! Still riding the high, even if my toes are currently hanging on by a thread🫠 Totally worth it though.

Daisy’s claiming the medal as hers now, but for all the emotional support she gave me throughout my training block, I suppose I’ll let her share it!

I’ve got a few slots left in May, but June is filling up quickly, so if you’ve been thinking about booking in, now’s a good time to grab a space. Drop me a message and we’ll get you sorted
