🚙🐕🚫 Leaving a dog alone in a car can be fatal. Even parked in the shade with the windows open, dogs can become distressed and uncomfortable and develop heat stroke very quickly. Make sure you always have a plan, so your dog isn't left alone in the car or any other enclosed spaces. If you see a dog in a hot car, dial 999.

🌳🏡WORKING WEDNESDAY🏡🌳

Jasper is looking for a farm, stables, small holding or home with plenty of outside space.

He is patiently waiting to find his forever home so could that be with you?

Jasper will come fully health checked and had any medical treatment required. He will come with everything he needs to start his new life with you🏡

He may want some interaction once he settles but at the moment he’s just happy to watch what we’re doing🐈

If you can offer Jasper a home then please email us on [email protected] 📧

We do have other cats looking for this type of home🐈‍⬛

Meet Sheldon
My name is Sheldon; don't you think I'm handsome? 😉. I'm a two year old male and very friendly and affectionate to everyone I meet.

I do need to be the only dog in the house, but I can see dogs in distance and be fine when I'm out and about on my walks. I get on well with children (over seven), I love my walks and cuddles on the sofa at the end of the day.

All I want is a place I can call home.

Location: Stamford

Please contact German Shepherd Dog Welfare Fund if you would like to adopt him, or if you would like to sponsor some resident dogs.

Aimee wants to remind you all to keep your furry friends safe in this heat!

•Provide plenty of water and shade for them
•Avoid walking when it’s hot, try do it when it’s cooler first thing in the morning and avoid hot pavements
•Never leave your dogs in cars in this heat

25 degrees c air temperature means pavements can be around 52 degrees c

31 degrees c air temperature means pavements can be around 62 degrees c

If your hand can’t stay on asphalt for longer than 7 seconds, it way too hot for paws!

Signs of heatstroke include-

•Excessive panting
•Wobbly on their feet and lack of coordination
•Rapid pulse
•Convulsions and panting

If your dog does get to this, seek veterinary treatment asap.

And remember certain breeds struggle more- bulldogs, pugs, frenchies, boxers, pekingnese, shih tzus and other short faced breeds.

Keep safe and keep cool!💙

Boss is still patiently waiting for someone to even visit him!

Today was his 108th day with us. When you gain his trust, he is a big cuddle monster as you can see.

Yes he is bigger, younger and needs some training but he is so much fun and beyond goofy.

He does need a pet and child free home but we are hoping someone has a Boss sized shape in their home for him💔
