Dear Valued Customer
Our factory will be closed for scheduled breaks on these dates in 2026:
1. Monday 6th–Sunday 12th April (reopens Monday 13th April)
2. Monday 8th–Sunday 14th June (reopens Monday 15th June)
3. Monday 17th–Sunday 23rd August (reopens Monday 24th August)
4. Monday 12th–Sunday 18th October (reopens Monday 19th October
During this period, our factory will not be producing or dispatching orders. To ensure your requirements are met before we close, please place your orders by
1. Monday 30th March 2026
2. Monday 1s June 2026
3. Monday 10th August 2026
4. Monday 5th October 2026
Any orders received after the dates will be processed immediately upon our return in the order they were received.
We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your continued support. We look forward to working with you refreshed and recharged.

To guarantee Monday and Tuesday deliveries, can all orders be placed by the Friday. This allows sufficient time for processing and arranging deliveries, ensuring that the orders arrive on the specified days. All orders placed after Friday will be passed over to the following week.

Excellent product!!!!!
I would like to say how happy we are with our order.
We have tried the other leading competitors for raw food and we can say this is by far the best product we have tried for the dogs.
We have 2 cane corsos 2 pugs and a dachshund who is very fussy! We asked for a mix with 50% being tripe mix the product is very meaty not pasty And the dogs have been very happy and satisfied. The delivery was free and different paying options were available! We will definitely be regular customers
