Such a special win for us all today.
Eric is the grandson of our first ever broodmare the thoroughbred Lonely Bird, who was gifted to us on her owners death. We chose to cover her with the then 3yo DiMaggio (one of his first breedings) and she produced Eric’s dam Headmore Donato.
Also a big thank you to Julie, for allowing us to take your special boy out competing…. and to the Nationals here we come!👏👏👏

Massive congratulations to Jemima and Fanta for their selection on to the short list for the FEI Para Dressage European Championships. I would like to thank the whole home team at Headmore Stud for their outstanding day to day care over the last 18 months to ensure that Fanta was able to perform at his best so Jemima could achieve her dream.
We would like to wish them all the very best as they move on to pastures new with Georgie.

Thank you to everyone who applied to our recent post looking for a second rider, we have been simply overwhelmed by the response (40 + applications) I think I have personally replied to everyone who sent a video as we requested. Bella is out of our amazing broodmare Rubinsteena, who produced 5 GP offspring and 7 National Champions plus herself was BHHS Mare of the Year 2018.
She also won the H & H outstanding mare award in the same year. What a legacy she has left us with her grand children now starting to excel too.❤️

A quality field came forward for the Vale View Premier League (19–21 June 2025), with a Grand Prix win for Alice Oppenheimer and multiple victories for Michael Eilberg, amongst a host of top scorers and exciting combinations across the levels.
