Polite Notice 🐾

With the UK currently experiencing a heatwave, we’d like to reassure all of our customers that the Haus of Dogs pod/salon is fully air conditioned.

Your dogs’ safety, comfort and wellbeing are always our top priority, and we’ll be keeping the salon cool and comfortable throughout their appointments.

Fresh water will also always be available on site for dogs in our care.

Please take extra care when travelling to and from us, and avoid hot pavements where possible.

🐾 Polite Notice from Haus of Dogs 🐾

We kindly ask all customers to be respectful of our premises and neighbouring property when arriving for, or leaving, appointments.

Please do not allow or encourage your dogs to toilet on the front lawn, driveway, entrance area, or surrounding property.

We completely understand that accidents can happen, especially when dogs are excited or nervous, but actively standing and allowing dogs to use the front lawn as a toilet is not acceptable.

Haus of Dogs works hard to keep the outside of the salon clean, tidy and welcoming for all customers, dogs, and neighbours. Please ensure your dog is taken to the toilet before arriving for their appointment where possible.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
